ABOUT HOSPITAL
Apollo Adlux Hospital at Karukutty, Angamaly is a NABH-accredited tertiary care hospital established in 2018 as a joint venture between Apollo Hospitals and the Adlux Group. It was Apollo's first hospital in Kerala and has a capacity of about 300 beds.
The hospital offers more than 34 multi-speciality departments. Its centres of excellence include cardiac sciences, oncology, neurology, nephrology, gastroenterology and hepatology, gynaecology, pulmonology, orthopaedics, urology, transplants, critical care, bariatric and colorectal surgery, emergency medicine, ENT, paediatrics, cosmetology and plastic surgery, and internal medicine.
Technology at the hospital includes a 3 Tesla MRI, a 128-slice CT scanner, a cath lab, robotic surgery for cardiac, gynaecological, urological and knee and hip replacement procedures, and radiation therapy using IMRT, IGRT and stereotactic techniques. Critical care is supported by ECMO and ECPR.
Its transplant programme covers kidney, liver, pancreas and multi-organ transplantation, and the hospital is known for its use of robotic-assisted gastrointestinal and urological surgery in Kerala.
Located close to Cochin International Airport, the hospital was planned to serve medical travellers. International patients receive visa support, airport pickup, accommodation assistance, dedicated coordinators and language interpretation.
